SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

SHIPPING TIMES (estimates from date of dispatch)
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak-season volume.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping promotions, when active, will be applied automatically.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not able to predict or prevent these charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local carrier
3. Contact us at support@pelandro.com within 7 days

We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received. For added protection, we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout when available.
